This term Wells class did a project on shape and pattern. It involved cutting, sticking, and creating textures to print with. We used two techniques for printing: collograph printing and polystyrene printing. Collograph printing involved making a textured collage to use to print with. The students created brilliant, lively pieces of work which are going to be exhibited in the Rotary Primary Arts competition between the 10th and 24th June at The Campus on Highlands Lane in WsM (Primary Age students only). On the 13th June there will be a celebratory evening where students could win art vouchers for £10 or £20! All entered will receive a certificate. Well done Wells class and good luck to those entered.
